The methods of evaluation through statistical programs and descriptive analysis have been used in many research studies and that statistical evaluation of the quality of performance is an important factor in the development of training staff of the institution. The training of human resources is considered as an effective investment for institutions, also study the effect of training, for training courses held within the institution through the views and statistical evaluation of the quality of performance is an important factor in the development of the training institution's cadre and then developing the capacity of human resources. The tools that measure the Impact of Training and determine the impact of organizational effectiveness is very limited and for the purpose of building the (Organizational Training Impact Scale) (OTIS), a statistical program was used to analyze data that collected through questionnaire forms developed in cooperation with the quality department including a number of questions related to a number of courses held within the Directorate of Training and a descriptive statistics data were collected through participants in the courses in the Training Directorate and randomly. Statistical tools were used, such as data scheduling, frequency calculation, cumulative ratios and extraction of some statistical measures such as the arithmetic mean of the answers in addition to graphical representation such as histograms and pie chart to analyze results by using the statistical program (Minitab' s18), the results were discussed and conclusions were drawn.
