Controlled drug delivery and release by new nanopolymer, experimental and theoretical study.

Abstrakt: Nano poly ester derivative termed as (NPE) namely (2,2'-((((phthaloylbis(oxy))bis.(2-hydroxypropane-3,1diyl)) bis(oxy))bis.(carbonyl))dibenzoic acid) has been synthesized by condensation reaction between 3.0 mol of phthalic anhydride and 2.0 mol of glycerol thereafter characterized by FT-IR, NMR, AFM and XRD technique. The newly synthesized nano poly ester was mixed with a range of acrylic acid then studied as albumin delivery system at pH 2.2 and pH 8.0. The loading efficacies were found to be depends on the concentration of (albumin and acrylic acid), loading time and the acidity of the studied environment. The highest loading efficacy was () at acidic pH, 0.3 mol of acrylic acid, 1% of albumin and after passing 6.0 hours. finally, DFT studies were carried out for further investigation and explain the interaction between the NPS and albumin molecule.
