Abstrakt: New complexes of transition metal ions like Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), were prepared from ligand (L1) 2-phenyl-2- (o-tolylamino) Acetonitrile and Quinolone (L2). The new complexes have been described by using of spectral techniques elemental microanalysis (C.H.N), Fourier transform infrared, ultra violet-visible spectra,, flame atomic absorption, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility measurement, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra. Under the fact that gained, for these complexes, octahedral forms as proposed were predicted.. Definite electrolyte action were located to some complexes but the others non-electrolyte.
