Many companies struggle from dynamic business environment, volatile markets, lack of resources, and multiple restrictions. At the same time, digital platforms emerge as industry disruptors, providing new business models, networking patterns and channels of cooperation. The present research aims to outline how the principles behind agile organization and product-service systems can support companies to explore digital platform opportunities. Stepping on theoretical research, the paper proposes a conceptual model enabling companies to consider how to fit to the logic of the digital platforms.
