Twenty multiple-choice tests were used to measure student learning outcomes. The e-module trial was conducted on 49 Islamic junior high school students. The results showed that e-module based on material experts were obtained by 94.79% and media experts by 83.04%. The results of the small-scale trial showed that 100% of the students met the minimum criteria with a response of 81.15%. The findings indicated that the e-module was valid. Student learning outcomes reached the good categories. Students also responded very well to the use of e-modules. This research concluded that the e-module of the human digestive system was valid and could improve student learning outcomes during the pandemic. E-module was a learning resource that could be used by teachers to strengthen student learning outcomes. Large-scale trials were recommended to confirm the effectiveness of the e-module.
