New GTPase-Activating Proteins Study Findings Have Been Reported by a Researcher at Chinese University of Hong Kong (R4 RGS proteins suppress engraftment of human hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells by modulating SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling).

Zdroj: Stem Cell Week; 1/31/2023, p216-216, 1p
Abstrakt: The article reports on a study at the Chinese University of Hong Kong on GTPase-activating proteins, particularly on the engraftment and homing of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPC) into the bone marrow (BM) microenvironment. Other topics include the regulators of G-protein signalling (RGS) and how the human CD34+ cells expressed multiple R4 RGS genes, calcium mobilization, and phosphorylation of ERK, AKT, and STAT3 in vitro.
