Room temperature crystallization of anatase on the spherical particles of resorcinol–formaldehyde resin with the average diameter of 766 nm was examined by the reaction of titanium tetraisopropoxide with the spherical particles and the subsequent exposure to the hydrochloric acid vapor. The resulting anatase-resin hybrid particle was shown to be photocatalysts for hydrogen evolution from aqueous methanol. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
