The paper presents a computer-assisted approach for managing the Hallux-Valgus deviations and the afferent treatments. Considering the complexity of the deviation, the increasing frequency of its incidence and the existence of a large number of treatment possibilities, the development of a software product to manage all these aspects is very important In the first part of the paper, the possibility of importing radiographic images of the foot into the "Drafting" module of CatiaV5R20 is exploited, as well as the possibility of creating geometric constructions that allow to determine the geometric parameters that characterize the HV. The second part is the main one, in which, after synthesizing the information, a software product is created, capable of retrieving the graphic files made, from which the input data is entered, establishing and displaying the diagnosis, presenting the treatment options with the possibility of choosing one of them and finally providing the list of medical devices needed for the surgery.
