The article discusses a case study related to selection, sourcing, development and production of cosmetic products containing upcycled ingredients. Topics include mentioning of cloudberry Rubus chamaemorus enriched with antioxidants, upcycled ingredients have a limited shelf life and require appropriate processing, and mentions the challenges to provide a relevant and simple explanation of upcycled ingredients nowadays. |
