Abstrakt:	The article presents a discussion of the reinvention of school culture with the adoption of mastery-based, positive-sum grading system, adapted from the book "Reopen to Reinvent: (Re)creating School for Every Child" by Michael B. Horn. Topics include disadvantages of the zero-sum mindset, advantages of moving from a traditional education system to a mastery-based system, and transformation of physical education class using the principles of mastery-based system.
