The article discusses the role of the European Union in the investigation of serious international crimes committed in Ukraine towards a model of International cooperation. Topics include definition enclosing genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes affecting the financial interests of the Union; and Union's primary effort has focused on combating economic and financial crimes, which are capable of undermining the Eurozone's economic prosperity. |
