Abstrakt: Covid-19 is a disease is caused by a virus that infects the respiratory system. One of the symptoms in patients exposed to Covid-19 is shortness of breath which is influenced by oxygen levels in the blood. The purpose of this study was to produce an application for determining the category of oxygen levels in the blood independently for Covid-19 patients during self-isolation. This application is a pulse oximeter supporting application that provides information about oxygen levels in the patient's blood. The method begins with the flowchart design stage and application interface which functions to design applications in terms of program flow and application interfaces to be built. Based on this design, the application is built using macromedia flash. The last method is application testing using the white-box technique and black-box technique. The results show that the steps in the method can produce desktop-based applications by utilizing macromedia flash. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the application for determining the category of blood oxygen levels is ready to be used by the community as a pulse oximeter support application.
