The article presents information on how dentists could make their practice the kind of place patients tell their friends about. Neglecting to regularly gather feedback from patients and staff can lead to unpleasant surprises. Just as ignoring one's receivables will jeopardize their cash flow, failing to monitor patient and staff satisfaction can put their productivity and profitability at risk.
