Abstrakt: In this article I explore the depersonalisation in the medical student lived experience (hidden curriculum, ranking, biomedical distanced approach) followed by ways in which we might begin to explore compassionate practice authentically with our future doctors and healthcare professionals (leadership, voice, agency, humanity).
