Standpoints of Modern Psychology and Yoga on Mental Health The modern concept orients itself to achieving a phenomenal success in life and living, through bettering one's problem-solving, decision-making, and mental and psychomotor abilities toward achieving Mental Health. Different traditional yogic approaches are being tried in tackling the complex Mental Health issues, necessitating a relook at the very concept of Mental Health in the modern as well as in the yogic sense of the term.
