Abstrakt:	Histopathology revealed a lichenoid band-like lymphocytic infiltrate at the dermoepidermal junction and multiple colloid bodies with no evidence of parakeratosis, spongiosis, or eosinophilic infiltrate, which were consistent with the diagnosis of ILP (Figure 2).
