Features of the Magneto-Optical Response of Nanostructures Formed under Ion-Beam Surface Treatment in Different Modes.

Abstrakt: Magneto-optical effects in nanostructured systems formed using different modes of ion treatment of the surface of some materials are studied. It is established that, under surface treatment in certain modes, in systems on lead-containing substrates, the structures that yield a magneto-optical response at room temperature typical of systems with magnetic vortices are formed. The conditions for the occurrence of magnetic vortices in the investigated systems are studied experimentally and using computer simulation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
