Middle Ear Carcinoid Tumor With External Auditory Canal Extension: A Case Report.

Abstrakt: The article presents a case of a 44-year-old male who was presented to an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) department due to recurrent right ear otorrhea with fullness, tinnitus, and progressive hearing loss to discuss middle ear carcinoid tumor with external auditory canal extension. Based on tests like otomicroscopy, Weber test, Rinne test, and biopsy, the patient has a well-differentiated neuroendocrine neoplasm (grade 1, carcinoid tumor). Also cited are his symptoms like facial nerve palsy.
