Abstrakt:	The authors call for urgent action to ensure that COP27, the 5th Conference of the Parties (COP) finally delivers climate justice for Africa and vulnerable countries. Topics covered include the needs for wealthy nations to step up support for Africa and vulnerable countries in addressing past, present and future impacts of climate change, the impact of the climate crisis on the environmental and social determinants of health across Africa, and how global inaction has caused the climate crisis.
