There is a specific challenge in pharmaceutical formulation related to atrociousness solubility that results in indigent bioavailability. One strategy of surmounting the trouble is the drug loading into the particulate lipid carrier delivery system. Nanocarrier of solid lipid s are nanoparticles developed as an alternative to liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, and lipid emulsions. Due to the ability to incorporate drugs and their peerless size attribute, nanocarrier of solid lipid found a prospect drug delivery and targeting. This review show various conditions of nanocarrier of solid lipid including formulation and characterization methods, preparation variables, administration routes, and pharmaceutical and medical applications.
