When I was a child, my grandmother took me to the pond and told me to throw a stone and watch what happens. Just like that stone, she said my role was to create a ripple effect when helping the people and planet. Many years later, I was asked to help shape a new undergraduate nursing program based on anti-racism and decolonisation.
