The change in the national health system has affected the foundations of its legal framework, the priorities of the health system, the principles of governance, the relationship between different health sectors, patient rights and ethical doctor–patient relationships. All this has a certain effect and influence on the opinion, assessment and satisfaction of patients with the quality of medical care. Putting the patient at the center of the health care system and introducing competitive relations between health care institutions are one of the main principles declared in a number of national programs for health care reform. In the field of primary care, the reflection of sociological information about the opinion of patients creates conditions for forecasting and managing the professional and organizational behavior of medical staff in general medical practice.
