| Abstrakt: |
The questions, which observe the evolution of the concept «political culture» are investigated in the article. Particularly, the main preconditions and the stages of its formation are depicted. It is shown, that the political culture is the important historical component of the political, social, economic and cultural development of the country. The phenomena of the political culture is described and the condition, role and the further perspectives in the state formation process of the Ukrainian society is also defined.
