Abstrakt: |
The article discusses several court cases. In ENT19 v Minister for Home Affairs, the appellant was a refugee with a fear of serious harm in Iran because of his religion. The case Savran v Denmark concerned a Turkish national who had entered Denmark in 1991 when he was six years old. The case BV (Malaysia) involved appeals against decisions to decline claims for refugee or protected person status by a mother and father and their two-year-old son. |
