Abstrakt: |
One of the most important process stages of the ore-processing plant JSC "Lebedinsky GOK" is the concentrate drying complex of shop No. 4 of the ore-processing plant. The issue of optimizing the thermal regimes of rotary dryers, in particular, maximizing productivity and minimizing fuel (natural gas) consumption, has significant economic and practical importance. The main idea of the work is to create an adaptive automated system for optimizing the combustion process of the fuel of the rotary dryer, using the method of evaluating the composition of combustion products in waste gases. A technical solution has been proposed that allows to optimize gas consumption at the maximum productivity level of the rotary dryer of the concentrate drying complex of the ore-processing plant JSC "Lebedinsky GOK".
