Abstrakt: B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 68-years old man developed nonocclusive mesenteric ischaemia during treatment with midodrine, norepinephrine and vasopressin for hypotension. He had medical history of coronary artery disease with two-vessel coronary artery bypass grafting, atrial fibrillation, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension and peripheral vascular disease (PVD), with a previous femoral-femoral bypass and axillofemoral-femoral bypass. On day 49 at hospital, he was subjected to left axillofemoral bypass, left-to-right femoral-to-femoral bypass and a subtotal excision of the infected right axillofemoral-femoral bypass.
