The aim of this study was to determine the beneficial effect of Fadrozole and Fadrozole loaded PLGA to female mice after induced via daily injected 17 b - estradiol (S/C) at dose (1 µg/kg/day) and administrated of H2O2 (0.4%) with drinking water for (12) weeks to induce the endometrial periglandular fibrosis (EPF). Fifty female mice were categorized into fifth groups (G1: negative normal control, G2: Positive control, G3: empty PLGA, G4: ordinary Fadrozole and G5: PLGAFadrozole groups) for long period of treatment 30 days. The results of groups of female mice that had endometrial periglandular fibrosis (EPF) and treated with PLGA-Fadrozole regimen (effective dose 0.484 mg/kg) shown the high significant effectiveness in the levels of hormones (Estradiol, Progesterone, FSH, LH and Aldosterone) as following (274.56±0.66, 22.29±0.62, 4.01±0.31, 8.21±0.30, 8.21±0.30) respectively in comparison to another especially ordinary Fadrozole (effective dose 0.601 mg/kg) about same hormones with increase in significant differences as (293.12±0.66, 19.07±0.54, 4.83±0.41, 9.15±0.15, 9.83±0.88), respectively. In other hand this study had been noticed superiority of PLGA - Fadrozole regimen treatment regarding to the averages of antioxidants Glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) as significant differences (6.94±0.43, 4.32±0.60) respectively, when it was compared with ordinary Fadrozole that appeared obvious effectiveness in significant differences as following (5.08±0.57, 6.26±0.29). This study concluded that Fadrozole loaded PLGA had the ability in decreasing the adverse effect of ordinary Fadrozole by increasing its beneficial effect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
