Factors that вetermine the thermal insulation performance of enclosing structures made of wood-mineral composites.

Abstrakt: The growth in the pace and volume of housing and communal construction dictates the need to intensify work on the development of advanced heat-insulating and structural materials. Wood-mineral composite materials are promising structural materials that make it possible to build enclosing structures with high thermal insulation and environmental performance, and solve the problem of low-quality wood raw material utilization. Such materials are especially relevant for low-rise individual construction in regions provided with wood raw materials, in particular, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In the course of the research, the influence of factors in the form of a decrease in the degree of solidity of the wall structure due to cement-sand joints formed during the laying of the enclosing structure from building blocks and heat-conducting inclusions in the form of steel fasteners on the thermal efficiency of enclosing structures made of wood-mineral composite was determined. The work was based on the application of physical modeling methods implemented in the Elcut software package. A significant influence of these factors on the overall performance of transmission heat losses and, accordingly, on operating costs has been established. The influence of heat-conducting inclusions in the form of metal fasteners and linear heat-conducting inhomogeneity in the form of a cement-sand mortar joint on the heat losses of the enclosing structure made of wood-mineral composite reaches 31% of the heat losses of a monolithic structure without heat-conducting inclusions.
