Abstrakt: In this paper, we study the asymptotic properties of the Maximum Likelihood Estimator (MLE) for a Zero-Inflated Bell regression model. Under some regularity conditions, we establish that the estimator is consistent and asymptotically normal. This lends a substantial support to the empirical findings that have already been obtained by some authors. Monte Carlo simulations are conducted to numerically illustrate the main results.
