Abstrakt: Immunoglobulin G SB 4 sb -related disease (IgG SB 4 sb -RD) is an immune-mediated fibroinflammatory disease that causes specific pathological, serological, and clinical findings and affects multiple organ systems. Thorax and abdominal computed tomography (CT) demonstrated pulmonary oedema, pleural effusion, mediastinal lymphadenopathy, and pericardial fluid that was 28 mm thick in the thickest part (Figure 1).
