Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 66-year-old female patient of short stature with finger deformation involving the shortened fifth finger and the left third finger. She was diagnosed with pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism which can present as Allbright's hereditary osteodystrophy (AHO), characterized by brachydactyly, short stature and round facies among other manifestations. The patient had a family history of the condition and her variant was on her paternal allele. |
