The article presents the argumentation and algorithm for the development of an information system for complex automation of monitoring and analysis of the organization's security. This system allows to handle a comprehensive assessment of various aspects of the effectiveness of the functioning of an organization as the law permits. The usage of the proposed information system for the monitoring and analysis automating of the security of organizations, taking into account their specificity and characteristics, is an important element in the timely detection and prevention of negative situations and threats associated with the company's futures.
