Abstrakt: This article is devoted to the description of models and algorithms of the process of formation and implementation of projects of the oil and gas industry maintenance company in Vietnam under conditions of uncertainty. The application of the expansion principle in the analysis of the break-even of the project allows us to use well-known calculation methods for estimating costs and revenues, where in the calculation formulas the data are represented by fuzzy values, and the usual arithmetic operations are replaced by extended ones. The proposed method of the fuzzy critical path allows to reduce the uncertainty of the terms and reserves of work performance and the dimension of calculations, compared with existing analogues. The concept of a fuzzy set of critical works takes into account the possibility of delaying the implementation of the project due to the delay of each work by determining their degrees of criticality and is the basis for making managerial decisions.
