| Abstrakt: |
The paper describes the solution to the problem of developing a digital twin of a business process. The apparatus of GERT networks are used to predict the parameters. BPMS ELMA was used as a technological platform for the solution. The prototype allows you to forecast any additive indicator of the business process model - duration, cost, labor intensity. The parameters of the predictive GERT model were updated based on the data of the digital trace of the business process collected in ELMA BPMS databases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
