The article is devoted to the study of the problems of using software in the e-learning system of an IT company. The theoretical basis of the work is research on the problems of computerization and digitalization of training in an IT company, digital transformation of the employee development process. Theoretical and empirical research of software in the e-learning system of an IT company was carried out using process, system approaches, statistical analysis. IT companies were chosen as the object of empirical research. A methodology for analyzing digital and computer technologies in the personnel adaptation and training management system has been developed, the use of which made it possible to identify strengths and problems, to justify the directions of development of this system. The theoretical and practical significance of the work lies in the classification of software products for personnel development, the development of approaches and fundamental foundations for the diagnosis of e-learning in the company, the possibility of using developments in the process of digitalization of training systems for employees of organizations.
