Development of mathematical and software partsfor control system of synthesis of methyl tertiary butyl ether.

Abstrakt: Methyl tertiary butyl ether a component of motor gasolines is unique, since almost all the lowest oxygen-containing compounds have a high octane number - up to 100 RON (octane number by the research method), but in this compound the octane number may reach 135 RON, depending on the gasoline composition. The use of MTBE is very important in the modern world, since it improves not only the parameters of detonation resistance, but also reduces the content of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases, which positively affects the environment. He also has similar fuel characteristics to gasoline, and the presence of oxygenal so increases the efficiency of the engine and help store duce product of incomplete combustion in the exhaust. The use of methyl tertiary butyl ether is necessary, since its use allows to reduce oil consumption in the production of commercial gasoline and to achieve optimal octane characteristics of the product components. The article describes the dependence of the parameters on each other in the form of formulas, in addition, the process of creating a control program. The main objectives of the development are the control and regulation of process parameters, as well as the search for the optimal use of resources and materials to increase the yield of finished products. The SCADA-system was developed on the basis of real limits of parameter control during the process, taking into account the multiple relationships between the parameters of the process.
