In the context of digital economy development, companies are faced with new challenges aimed at increasing the level of digitalization as a factor of company competitiveness. The article presents the results of measuring the factors that affect the intersectoral economic and technological effects of the development of business processes digitalization, allowing to determine the degree of their influence. The study aims to form a multi-factor development model of business processes digitalization of company and to establish the significance of the factors included in this model. The obtained results served as an evidence base for most of the hypotheses, thereby confirming the theoretical assumption about the existence of specific consequences of company digital development. The obtained multi-factor model of the development of business processes digitalization of company and the assessment of the significance of the factors included in it will allow company to find the right solutions for increasing the level of digitalization.
