The research study is devoted to solving the current problem of forecasting, at the stage of building design, the technical solutions of reinforcement and repair structural elements after a certain useful life of a building. BIM technologies are being actively introduced and used in the design process of buildings and structures. There is a need to analyse and assess data of technical conditions of similar buildings using for taking decisions on major repairs, reinforcement or dismantling of these facilities and to estimate the estimated cost of these works. Surveys of technical conditions of buildings presented in this article had been taken place since 2017 to 2021 years. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
