Abstrakt: The paper proposes a new technique of DNA molecules melting signals processing based on the compensation of the dye fluorescence intensity dependence on temperature and the melting signals modeling with an improved nonlinear S–shaped function. Two main melting curve parameters calculation is described. The proposed technique provides analytical determination of melting temperature Tm and complete melting curve normalization for correct calculation of temperature melting range ΔT. New technique application results are demonstrated on experimental data and its advantages are revealed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
