Abstrakt: Here, we present the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of a patient with NS with diffuse thickening of the peripheral nerves and spinal nerve roots, as well as of some cranial nerves. Dear Editor: Noonan syndrome (NS) is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder caused by gain-of-function germline mutations affecting components of the RAS-mitogen-activated protein kinase (RAS/MAPK) pathway.
