Abstrakt: High Speed Machining (HSM) has significantly changed the approach to machining methods in recent years. There are several common problems with high speed machining: - high speeds increase the risk of vibration when cutting. This significantly shortens the service life of the tool and can damage and break parts; - to ensure high quality of work surface, additional attention is paid to the selection of cutting conditions in terms of finding zones where there are no vibrations. For almost every combination of machine-work tool-tool-part, one has to find stable zones and, due to the lack of proven recommendations, experimentally search for them directly on the machine. Today this processing has been successfully implemented and received worldwide recognition. At the same time HSM is a rather difficult process and imposes a number of stringent requirements on all its components and requires a high degree of optimization, since flawless operation is possible only in a very narrow range of technological parameters. Therefore, the chosen research topic is relevant. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
