Abstrakt: The work carried out a systematic analysis of existing thermal effects (heat of formation of oxides and hydroxides of Qfarm, heat of molisation of gases of Qmal, heat of hydration of Qhydrationand dehydration of Qdehydration ions, heat of chemosorption of Qchemisorption, Joules losses of QJ, etc.) chemical and electrochemical reactions carried out on electrodes and in the near-electrode zone during electrochemical processing of metals and are determined on the basis of kinetic curves of fraction (weight coefficients) of each stage of these processes. The conditions for opening the mechanism of cathodic and anode reactions (pulse voltammetry) are established, for implementing the equations of the numerical distribution of the dissolution and deposition rate in connection with the laws of heat and gas release in the interelectrode gap. The relationship of the arising thermal effects in the interelectrode space of both the mechanism of individual and successive stages is explained, and the relative contribution of each stage to the general mechanism of electrochemical reaction in the form of correlated relationships is also revealed. It has been found that the solution for the heat transfer output in one-dimensional approximation allows to obtain approximate analytical curtains for determining parameters of current pulses, which ensure uniform distribution of current density over the treated surface and increased accuracy of fabrication of parts of bus bars.
