Abstrakt: The paper presents the results of research on technological risks in multichannel queuing systems (QS), more specifically the regularities of the formation of failures and risks in multichannel queuing systems. The research was carried out through discrete-event and the agent-based simulations. The regularities of the formation of queues in the QS, in which the intensity of events arrival is inversely proportional to the service channels, were investigated. It was found out that with an increase in the number of service channels, the average delay time for each event decreases and the total waiting time for events in the queue increases. With an increase in the number of service channels, the total downtime of service channels increases, and the average downtime of one channel remains almost unchanged. Regularities of the formation of reserves of processing capacity depending on the number of QS service channels are obtained. The average downtime of events in the queues increases with logarithmic dependence with increasing service channels (k): (tever = 0.1231ln(k) + 0.3804). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
