Abstrakt: The article offers relation related to gratefulness. It is noted that gratitude is a positive feeling when something beneficial comes to way. It has been found that tolerance for being able to handle stressful situations greatly increases when one strengthens one's gratitude muscle. It is noted that sense of gratitude releases all kinds of juicy neurotransmitters into bloodstream including endorphins and serotonin.
