The article presents the analysis of Dulaglutide and a composite outcome reflecting Atherosclerosis in the REWIND Trial, doubleblind, randomised placebo-controlled trial. It mentions that findings of the study supports that dulaglutide retards the progression of atherosclerosis, but mechanistic studies directly measuring surrogates of atherosclerosis progression are needed to assess causality. |
