Abstrakt: |
The problem of assessing the reliability of technological machines when performing reclamation works is highlighted. The ways of resource reservation of machines are considered. A model of a variable solution is proposed in the predictive perspective of assessing the real failure risk of individual machine components, with the construction of a time lag of the permissible and critical values of the developments of future periods, considering the factorial influence of the external and internal environment. By analyzing the factor influence, the dust level of air environment is taken as the key factor influencing the intensity of the life loss of machine parts during reclamation work. An assessment of the machine open elements on the wear criticality is given. Using the excavator bucket teeth as an example, a mathematical model is presented for considering the factors of the abrasive medium influence on the wear rate of the working body surface. It is proposed, considering the uncertainty of the intensity of abrasive medium influence on the excavator bucket wear intensity, to introduce the concept of "operational repair" as an impact that does not allow for a decrease in the machine productivity. Methods of restorative repair of bucket teeth are recommended to complete the reserve fund, which ensures a reduction in machine downtime. An assessment of promising technologies of restoration and repair impacts for metal structures of technological machines subjected to abrasive wear is given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
