To compare the following sonographic indicators - biparietal diameter (BPD), head circumference (HC), abdomen circumference (AC), ferum length (Fl) and expected fetus weight (EFW) based on the formula Hadllock (BPD, HC, AC, Fl) in relation to the fetus weight at delivery >= 4000 gr. Methods The current study is prospective and it is carried out for the year 2020 in University Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology,"Maichin Dom". One-fetus pregnancy; 2. live fetus; 3. weight at birth >= 4000 gr. An exclusive criterion is pregnant women with diabetes. Results Regarding the biparietal diameter (BPD) a sensitivity is established in 59% OR 161 P < 0.370; regarding the head circumference (HC) a sensitivity is established in 54% OR 126 P < 0.417; regarding the abdomen circumference (AC) a sensitivity is established in 52% OR 118 P < 0.72; regarding the ferum length (Fl) a sensitivity is established in 67 % OR 264 P < 0.251 and regarding the expected fetus weight (EFW) based on the formula Hadllock (BPD, HC, AC, Fl) a sensitivity is established in 88 % OR 399.6 P < 0.789 for fetus delivery with weight >= 4000 gr. Conclusions It is established that expected fetus weight (EFW) based on the formula Hadllock (BPD, HC, AC, Fl) for fetus delivery with weight >= 4000 gr has the highest sensitivity of all the sonographic indicators - BPD, HC, AC, FL, EFW.
