Abstrakt: EP28.02: Targeted anatomy scan in the work-up of polyhydramnios Conclusions When compared with pregnancies with mild polyhydramnios, pregnancies with moderate/severe polyhydramnios have higher rate of abnormalities and lower rate of prenatal sonographic detection. The false-negative rate (normal scan with abnormality at birth) was significantly higher in moderate/severe polyhydramnios than in mild polyhydramnios, 20% versus 2.4% respectively (p = 0.019).
