Abstrakt: Caudal regression syndrome (CRS) corresponds to a rare spectrum of congenital malformations, which include sacral agenesis and anomalies of the genitourinary system. Severe oligohydramnios, secondary to bilateral renal agenesis, can make evaluation by ultrasound difficult. Fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed similar features and suggested bilateral renal agenesis. [Extracted from the article]
