Abstrakt: We aimed to predict birth method with intrapartum ultrasonography application in patients with low Bishop score, and to compare the obtained data with the current method. Using the ROC Curve, the cut-off value was calculated for each parameter, and these values were 132,5 degrees for the progression angle, 19,5 mm for the cervical length, 102 degrees for the mid-line angle, and 126,5 degrees for the posterior cervical angle. Conclusions Intrapartum ultrasound score was found to be superior to Bishop score in predicting birth method. [Extracted from the article]
